Moving house is supposed to be up there with deaths, divorces and other life-changing things in your life.
And we couldn’t agree more!
The last month has been stressful for all – staff, customers, suppliers, family and friends – as Colours moved from St Peters to Marrickville. But we have done it.
And not only have we moved everything, but we have installed some significant new machinery at the same time…
A second, larger guillotine (115cm wide), new benches, shelving and storage facilities, and, yes, John bought it… a new Konica Minolta C8000 digital press – the first in Australia.
The studio and office will continue to operate from the St Peters premises until Christmas – at which time there will be more stress, as we go through another move – perhaps even more fraught with danger as it will involve moving all our servers, firewalls, Macs and PCs and all the associated pre-press gear.
