One of our staff was adventurous enough to take part in the 2009 Sydney to the Gong bike ride last Sunday, to raise money for MS.

Mike Griffiths did himself proud, completing the 90km course in 4 hrs and 30 mins – and in the process raising $400 to donate to MS Australia.
In true Gong style, the course started at St Peters, only a stone’s throw from Colours’ studio, and covered 90km to Wollongong via Brighton Le Sands, the Royal National Park and the spectacular Sea Cliff Bridge. It was a tiring but enjoyable half day ride and almost 10,000 entrants contributed to the success of the day, raising close to $3 million for supporting people with multiple sclerosis and funding ongoing research for a cure for the disease. Well done, Mike! |
