We’ve just added a new feature to our web-site that allows customers to more easily track their jobs.
This new facility provides quick and simple access through PrintLinks – our custom-built MIS system – to a log of all activity relating to a job.
From the “Client access” menu, the “Track and Trace” web-page is simple and easy to use. You can find the web-site here.
Enter your job reference number and click on “Track job” to get a list of all checkpoints through which your digital-print job has passed, together with time and date information and a summary of the job’s details and status.
Your job reference number can be obtained from the confirmation email sent to you when we received artwork for your job – assuming you signed up for this notification when your account was opened. If you are unsure of your job reference number, contact Colours Operation Manager on 1300 06 99 53.
The Track and Trace facility is also available on your iPhone. Scan the QR code at right, or navigate to http://my.www.coloursdigital.com.au/ezmb/home/track-a-job/
This feature is part of our new mobile web-site. The site is custom-built for mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android phone…) and has features quite different to our main web pages. But… more about that later.
